One of our hand-hewn beams was recently used for a custom outdoor fireplace in the Santa Ynez valley. This expert installation was done by John Wright and featured a substantial hand-hewn mantle beam with nicely tapered corbels. This piece of Midwest history is now creating a modern rustic feel that elevates this client’s outdoor space.
